This is a classic 'two books in one' flip-format children's hardcover book from the much loved Companion Library series. This edition contains Black Beauty by Anna Sewell and The Call of the Wild by Jack London, each with detailed black and white illustrations and featuring the iconic painted covers from the 1963 series redesign.
This book is in very good condition with no creases, tears or other markings apart from the  faintly  pencilled name of a previous owner. There is a very slight bump to one bottom corner - please see pics. The illustrated  boards are bright and colourful, binding is tight and the interior pages are all in good condition. 
Ideal for collectors, nostalgic readers or fans of vintage children's literature.
